2014 NFL Draft
The first part of the of NFL draft was last night. This is an amazing experience for any football fan. Knowing a potential all-star on team is super awesome. The Houston Texans took Jadeveon Clowney for the first pick in the draft. Any Johnny Football fan must be a bit disappointed considering he went 22 overall by the Cleveland Browns. Nobody expected a Mike Evans [a teammate] went before Johnny Manziel. Anyway the most exciting day of drafting is over, but you can still watch the rest. I have high expectations for Clowney considering he is working with J.J Watt. I hope the Texans have a better season this year.
Since baseball season has started up, I thought I'd show you one of the best plays of the year, from last year. This play helped me have high hopes for this season

Fishing is one of the most relaxing sports, if you are patient. It also can be very frustrating if your line backlashes or snaps. What do you think about fishing??????????? Andrew
Arian Foster
Arian Foster, the current Houston Texans running back claims that he took money at the University of Tennessee. The rule is that you are not aloud to take money in NCAA sports. Foster claims that there was one point where he couldn't pay for rent or food. His head coach immediately gave him 80,000 dollars and a brand new Lexus. There is also a lot of talk about QB Johnny Maziel of the Aggies. He also, only as a Sophmore, takes money from his coach and other fans for autographs. They are discussing this rule a lot on Sports Center. John Genung
Johnny Manziel
Johnny Manziel, AKA Johnny Football, is one of the most dynamic college quarterbacks in the country. He one Heisman last year and there is a rumor that he might win again this year. He has some competition though. I think that Marcus Maryota, Jamis Winston, and Johnny Manziel are going to be the 3 nominees this. This is probably the his last year play college football. I'm sure that his name is going to be on a short list in college football history. John Genung
Major League Baseball
Baseball, America's pastime, Some say football is now celebrated more. In fact, it is, but every body loves a good game of baseball. For one, I think that football is a lot more dangerous but I still love it. I honestly think LSU is going to win BCS. Sorry all my ATM fans. Anyway who's your favorite baseball team. Put your answer in the poll down below.

Have fun.
Lots of people play football around the world. Canada is probably the country that likes football the second best in the world [other than America].
Pool
Pool is a game that doesn't acquire any athletic skill. The only thing you need is a good knowledge of geometry and a little dexterity in your hands. I play pool with my friends because since it does not need athletic skill you don't need a ton of energy. I have found it is a great relaxing sport. Unfortunately it does take a lot of equipment which can be expensive. Trust me, it is worth it though. Pool is fun for everyone.
BCS Championship
Florida State vs Auburn. The BCS Championship game. I personally wanted Florida State to win and they did. Jamis Winston showed up big in the second half of the game. He also won Heisman which is awesome. I'm sorry to all of my Auburn fans. Auburn did better than Florida St in the 1st half though. It's a bummer that Florida St made the comeback. Anyway it was a really fun game to watch. John G made a guess that the championship was going to be Alabama vs. Florida St. So he was really close. Anyway I always look forward to the BCS Championship.
Skateboarding
Skateboarding. It's probably the most frowned upon sport by mothers. I have to agree it is very dangerous. You can get hurt badly. But, it's super fun to have the wind in your face doing tricks and grinding on rails. It's also the funnest sports to watch because if you've ever tried to skateboarding you know that it is very very hard. The guys who do it are sensationally good. It's ridiculous. There are some ways to avoid getting hurt too much. Wear a helmet. Wear pads. Do stuff that you can do. Not the stuff that is too hard. DO NOT GET A WALMART SKATEBOARD. Seriously guys, this is easy logic. Be safe and have fun. DON'T GIVE UP.

Basketball
This is a really exciting post because it is actually the very first basketball post on the male sports page. Okay, basketball is a fast, athletic game that needs a lot of endurance. My favorite player in the NBA is Kevin Durant. I like him because he is one of the only players that is over 6 ft 7 in that can move and handle the ball like he can. He is also one of the best players in the NBA too. I think that Lebron James is 2nd best because he is an influence to a lot of young athletes. Anyway, getting off topic here, basketball is one of the most physically demanding sports that can really put a beating on to any serious player. I wonder how players like Kobe and Kevin stay so fit and are able to keep there dominance. About your Rockets, they are doing very well. In fact I and a lot of other people think the Rockets have a clear shot at the championship. Many people think the Heat will take it again but, still the Rockets will almost completely make the playoffs. Why does everyone think the Heat and thunder are the best. The Clippers, Celtics, Warriors ect. are all great teams but don't any credit for what they have been doing. Anyway this is Philip giving you another post. See ya!
Aroldis Chapman just got hit in the head with a comebacker to the mound. This is the scariest moment in the 2014 season so far. He has been known to be the fastest MLB pitcher ever. He has the world record for a 106 mph fastball. When he got hit in the face, the comebacker was about 103 mph which could do a lot of damage. He is scheduled to not play for 6-8 weeks and is really going to hurt the Cinncinati Reds pitching.
The most recent tournament that has ended is River Oaks which was in HOUSTON and the brian bros took again. The amazing player Fernando Verdasco took the singles finals. One of the best tennis players in the River Oaks Lleyton Hewitt from Australia lost early as a major upset for him. Another top player John Isner from America lost very early which was also an upset. A major player from Spain named Nicolas Almagro lost to Verdasco in the finals. The brian bros Mike and Bob are arguably the best doubles players ever.
